Specify hydraulic motion components around load, stroke, mounting geometry and duty cycle—not a generic part number. Available hydraulic solutions include welded, tie-rod, telescopic, metric double-acting, plunger and replacement cylinder families together with configurable hydraulic power units for OEM, MRO and distribution enquiries.

Start With the Cylinder Architecture

Welded cylinders suit compact mobile-equipment layouts; tie-rod construction is useful where service access and defined industrial dimensions matter; telescopic designs provide long travel from a shorter retracted envelope. Metric double-acting and plunger configurations cover machinery where mounting style, return method and package dimensions drive the decision.

Define the Operating Point Before RFQ

Useful enquiries state required push and pull force, pressure at the cylinder, stroke, expected speed, installation envelope, mounting interfaces and port standard. Side load, shock, contamination, temperature and outdoor exposure change rod, bearing, seal and protection choices. For a replacement, include retracted mounting length, stroke, pin details and clear photographs.

Power Units Matched to Cylinder Demand

A cylinder cannot be selected in isolation from pressure, flow and valve logic. Compact DC, AC and custom hydraulic power units are configured around the circuit, motor supply, required flow, pressure setting, reservoir constraints and motion sequence. Select the power unit together with the cylinder operating point so force, speed and duty are checked as one system.

Engineering Paths for New Builds and Replacements

Use the sizing guide to connect force, pressure, bore and flow; the replacement guide to capture interchangeable interfaces; and the troubleshooting guide to separate cylinder faults from valve, pump, hose and mechanical problems.

Markets We Prioritize

We support export enquiries from Germany, the United States, Japan, Italy, South Korea, India and Brazil, together with customers across North America, Nordic countries and Eastern Europe. For cross-border RFQs, state units, port/thread standards, drawing revisions and required documentation clearly so the cylinder can be reviewed against the machine interface.
